Warranty Policy

HiQiS provides a 12-month limited warranty for all electric scooters and electric bikes, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures of core components under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, HiQiS will provide free repair or replacement of covered parts, subject to verification and after-sales inspection results.

Covered components include but are not limited to:

  • Battery

  • Motor

  • Controller / control system

  • Other essential electrical components

Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under this warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to follow the user manual

  • Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs

  • Accidental damage, collisions, water damage, or external impact

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, and cosmetic parts

Warranty Claim Process

  • All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order proof

  • Customers may be required to provide photos or videos to assist in fault diagnosis

  • Warranty service requests will be evaluated and confirmed by our technical team

Service Response Time

After evaluation and confirmation, all after-sales service requests will be processed within 24 hours.

Additional Notes

  • Replacement parts provided under warranty may be new or refurbished, but will meet original performance standards

  • Warranty services do not extend or renew the original warranty period
